Musée du Louvre

A visit to the Musée du Louvre, the most rambling museum in the world needs to be planned considerably. There are not only ladies like "Venus of Milo" (2nd cent.B.C.) or "Mona Lisa" (16th century)  to admire. The vast visiting menu goes back until the 7th cent.B.C. The three building complexes house the oriental, egyptian and greek cultures and  the European sculpting- and painting art since the Middle Ages.
